Most of the Miss Milly products are all handmade by me in small batches, with love and patience in the beautiful Lowveld – at a slow pace, with heart and beauty because I do not believe in mass production. I want you to feel that you own or gift something that is special, meaningful and made with much love. Some of the printed and lifestyle products are done by family owned local businesses because as a small business owner I love to support fellow South Africans!

I am really trying to live more conscious of our beautiful earth and decided to say no to plastic when it comes to packaging my products. As it is a little bit of a process to source sustainable and yet beautiful packaging, most but not all, of the products, are now packaged in beautiful cotton drawstring bags that can be reused. I have added a collection of beautiful heart-shaped brooches in a garden of colours to add a meaningful touch to some of the products that come packaged in a cotton drawstring bags. You will also find some products packaged in rectangular or square white tins with vintage flowers wrapped around, to support my vision to live more conscious of our beautiful earth.

I would like to encourage you re reuse the boxes that are used from time to time to package your order. Simply fill it with some beautiful locally sourced products, tie it with a ribbon and use it for a housewarming, kitchen tea or baby shower gift!

is Miss Milly available in any stores?

Miss Milly is all about an experience! From the minute that you click through the beautiful floral online shop right up to the moment you hold the beautiful products in your hands. And that is why all the products are only sold online and not available for wholesale. From time to time Miss Milly takes part in the beautiful Kamers/MAKERS show – subscribe to the Miss Milly newsletter to be notified of dates or follow along on social media for updates.

how do I pay for my order?

Miss Milly uses PayFast to process all payments and you will be able to easily and securely pay by card or instant EFT. You also have the option to do an EFT into my bank account – the proof of payment can be sent to hello@missmillysa.co.za.

how much does it cost to send an order?

Courier door-to-door service is charged at a flat rate of R120.

when can I expect my order to arrive?

Miss Milly orders will be dispatched once a week, within 7 days of placing your order and proof of payment received. You will receive a notification with the tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched from my local courier branch. You can expect your parcel to arrive within 2-3 days depending on your location.

Unfortunately, my remote location does not allow for earlier dispatch and for this reason, it is the only delivery service I can offer.

Miss Milly takes great care to protect your items when packaging your orders however Miss Milly cannot be held responsible for any items damaged (or lost) in transit.

can you customise/personalise a product?

Unfortunately, Miss Milly does not offer customisation/personalisation of products at this stage.

do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, Miss Milly does not offer international shipping at this stage.
